I'm back at work next Tuesday. i'm not really on a holiday as such. I,m doing a two week training course with Cornwall Fire & Rescue. I will be employed as a retained Firefighter from next week if I pass my exams.
Glad you are well. I havent been on the bike for a few weeks now but have been getting in the sea quite a bit.

still thurs but if i can get any more in i do as both me and sam are always busy ( sam's aat college course and her training for her race for life)i really fancy doing the burrator loop but finding it hard to get time, keep riding and hope to catch yuh soon

So you got some competition on the home front eh! Only a matter of time before both your boys will be kickin your ass on the climbs etc..lol.

Hey Dan, I rode Cardinham years ago & found very little singletrack. There are a couple of ok ish descents, but mostly fire roads. You can get a decent length ride goin in there & it is worth visiting at least once. I wont be able to this Sunday, goin to the Quantock Hills in Somerset. Fantastic riding up there. Your more than welcome to come but you will need to arrange own transport. Let me know if your interested. I havent forgot about doing the Meva night ride. Will call you when I can fit it in.
